Position Overview
Join our team as a trusted expert in SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO). In this role, you’ll shape financial system strategy, design innovative solutions, and lead full-cycle project delivery—all while ensuring compliance with U.S. and global standards. Key Responsibilities
- Design and Deliver Solutions: Create SAP FI/CO solutions that meet enterprise needs, regulatory requirements, and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions and foster strong relationships.
- Integrate and Innovate: Oversee integration of SAP FI/CO with other modules (SCM, OTC, HR) and middleware platforms like SAP PI and SAP BTP.
- Lead and Support: Provide guidance in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of SAP-related issues.
- Ensure Compliance: Validate solutions against US GAAP, IFRS, SOX, and audit standards through rigorous risk assessment.
- Leverage Expertise: Apply knowledge of third-party platforms such as Vertex, Concur, or Coupa to enhance functionality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of SAP FI/CO experience, including full lifecycle implementations and support.
- Proven expertise in configuration, integration, and process design across SAP Finance modules.
- Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, change management, and leading projects in global enterprise environments.
- Deep knowledge of SAP Finance & Controlling modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Taxation, Revenue Recognition, Financial Reporting.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar for issue tracking and resolution.
- SAP FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance certification is highly desirable.

The Atlanta Area base salary range for this full-time position is $109,700 - $150,600, which can vary if outside this location, plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
