Dolby is seeking a Global Mobility Coordinator (Contract) to support day-to-day immigration and relocation operations during a period of program transition and vendor consolidation. This role will help coordinate active mobility cases, maintain accurate records and reporting, support employee communications, and partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely service delivery.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Immigration Coordination

  • Coordinate initiation of immigration cases with employees, managers, and immigration counsel
  • Track case progress, milestones, and required documentation
  • Maintain case records and status updates
  • Support employee communications throughout the immigration process
  • Escalate risks, delays, and urgent work authorization issues

Relocation & Mobility Operations

  • Support domestic and international relocation activities
  • Coordinate relocation service initiations and vendor engagement
  • Monitor mobility requests and case status
  • Maintain mobility tracking tools, dashboards, and documentation
  • Assist employees and managers with mobility-related questions

Vendor & Program Support

  • Track vendor service issues and follow through to resolution
  • Monitor service-level commitments and case progress
  • Document employee feedback and recurring trends
  • Support data transfer, documentation, and process coordination activities
  • Partner with HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Legal, and external providers to ensure smooth case execution

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate mobility and immigration records
  • Update case status reports and dashboards
  • Monitor aging cases and identify potential risks
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality across all mobility processes

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of global mobility, immigration, HR operations, employee services, or related experience
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Customer-service mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

Preferred

  • Immigration case management experience
  • Experience supporting employee relocations
  • Experience working with external vendors or legal counsel
  • HR operations experience
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Smartsheets, or similar systems
  • Experience supporting a global workforce

 

The Atlanta Area hourly rate range for this contract position is $30-$32 which can vary if outside this location. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
