The People and Places team designs spectacular experiences for people around the globe, curating the conditions for our talent to do their best work and drive business growth.

 

In this role, you will support activities for Dolby’s Recruiting teams. As a Recruiting Coordinator you will have a key role in the overall candidate experience, our recruiting process, which includes a high volume of interview scheduling, relocation coordination, preparing offer letters, acting as a support system for our Recruiting Team, and other operational activities. 

 

You will provide daily support to multiple recruiters and business stakeholders as an invaluable resource in the scheduling of phone, virtual, and in-person interviews. From interns to top level management, you will be one of the first points of contact into Dolby for our candidates. This is a great role for someone early in their recruiting career and excited to grow their skillset as they develop.

 

The initial term for this contract will be for 6 months with the potential to extend.
This role will be hybrid out of our Midtown Atlanta office.
  
Essential Job Functions 
•    Passionate about helping to create a diverse, inclusive and belonging 
environment. 
•    Demonstrated experience dealing with high levels of sensitive information. 
•    Ability to participate in conversations and interact with all levels of 
management up to the CEO. 
•    Strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. 
•    Act as a brand ambassador throughout all facets of the recruiting process, and  
during all communications with candidates 
•    Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, 
providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience 
•    Scheduling interviews, phone screens, and debriefs working directly with candidates and Recruiters, specifically using Eightfold and Microsoft products
•    Reschedule and problem-solve as needed when candidate interview  
schedules require changes 
•    Ability to quickly learn and embrace new technologies
•    Prepares and processes offer letters and initiate relocations for external candidates and internal transfers
•    Proactively takes ownership of the recruitment process and makes recommendations for process improvements
 
Qualifications  
•    2+ years of recruiting coordinator, or HR experience 
•    Bachelor’s degree  
•    Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills are a must  
•    Results oriented and proactive approach to work  
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
•    Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment

The Atlanta Area base salary range for this full-time position is $25 - $30 per hour on W2 depending on experience. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
