Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly technical expert in live-streaming who can represent our products to customers, understand their needs, and propose effective solutions. This individual will excel at building customer relationships and serving as a trusted technical advisor. The role also involves shaping product direction by gathering customer insights to enhance developer experience and meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Represent product capabilities to prospective customers
- Create and present demos
- Understand and document customer requirements
- Collaborate with customers to develop tailored solutions
- Build proof-of-concept implementations and support deployment
- Gather and advocate for new feature requirements throughout the design and implementation process
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, React, Swift, Objective-C, or Java
- Strong understanding of video streaming technologies, codecs, and networking
- Experience with cloud architectures and service development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Strong presentation, organizational, and time management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WebRTC and/or Media over QUIC
The Atlanta Area base salary range for this full-time position is $97,000-$130,000, which can vary if outside this location, plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
