We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented IT leader to shape and drive the future of our technology infrastructure and teammate technology experience. As a Senior Director, you will define and drive a modern, secure, and automated infrastructure strategy that also enhances the everyday technology experience for our global workforce. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead the convergence of automation, AI, and platform engineering to create a scalable foundation that enables productivity, innovation, and business agility across the organization. Your Responsibilities

Reporting to the CIO, your responsibilities will be:

  • Partner closely with business, security, and application leaders to ensure technology investments align with enterprise goals and deliver measurable impact Define and lead the enterprise infrastructure strategy, aligning with business priorities to enable scalability, security, and resilience.
  • Lead the evolution of the digital teammate experience, delivering seamless, high-performing tools and services that empower productivity and collaboration.
  • Integrate AI and automation into IT operations and support, enabling proactive issue resolution, intelligent workflows, and operational efficiencies.
  • Oversee the design and operations of a secure, hybrid cloud infrastructure, ensuring best-in-class reliability, availability, performance, and compliance.
  • Drive the transformation of infrastructure through automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and platform engineering, shifting toward self-service driven capabilities.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams of engineers, architects, and platform specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability.
  • Establish and track success metrics related to infrastructure availability, cost optimization, automation coverage, and digital employee experience.
  • Manage Technology Suppliers and Technology Budgets (Capital and Operational) while ensuring accurate forecasting and cost controls.
  • Serve as a key advisor on technology modernization, AI enablement, and IT operations strategy to senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of market trends in infrastructure, AI, automation, and teammate experience to guide strategic investments and innovation.

 

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in IT infrastructure leadership roles.
  • Strong technical background in networking, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise storage, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
  • Experience managing complex, hybrid environments at scale, including on-premise, colocation facilities, private cloud, and public cloud.
  • Experience leveraging IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions and their related processes to drive IT automation and outcomes.
  • Experience managing large, globally dispersed organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including extensive experience meeting with and presenting to senior business leaders.
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approaches.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, ITIL, PMP) are preferred.

The Atlanta Area base salary range for this full-time position is $205,300 - 255,000, which can vary if outside this location, plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
