Your Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary technology leader to define and drive our enterprise-wide AI strategy. This role is pivotal in transforming how we work, serve customers, and deliver value—through the integration of AI, automation, and intelligent workflows. As a senior member of the IT leadership team, you will operate across functions to identify opportunities, build capabilities, and embed AI-driven thinking into the company’s strategic and operational core.
Your Impact
- You will create clarity in uncertainty by translating complex AI trends into actionable strategies that align with business priorities.
- Know your business by partnering with process owners and functional leaders to reimagine workflows using AI, automation, and intelligent decisioning.
- Communicate to inspire action by evangelizing AI’s potential across the enterprise, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and fostering a culture of innovation and responsible enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Strategy Leadership: Define and evolve the company-wide AI and automation roadmap.
- Enablement & Governance: Build learning programs, governance frameworks, and tools that empower business units to adopt AI responsibly and effectively.
- Process Transformation: Lead cross-functional efforts to redesign workflows using AI and automation.
- Technology Evaluation: Stay current on AI trends and implement relevant technologies (e.g., LLMs, RPA, ML platforms).
- Use Case Development: Identify high-impact opportunities, pilot solutions, and scale successful initiatives.
- Impact Measurement: Define and track metrics to measure the value and ROI of AI initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and educate teams on AI’s role and value.
- Team Building: Recruit and lead a multidisciplinary team focused on AI strategy, data science, and automation engineering.
- Ethics & Risk Oversight: Establish AI ethics, security, and compliance guidelines in partnership with Legal, Security, and Data Governance.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key AI partners and evaluate build vs. buy decisions.
Your Qualifications
- 5+ years in technology, innovation, or transformation roles, with 3–5 years in AI/ML or intelligent automation.
- Proven success in implementing enterprise AI strategies that deliver measurable business value.
- Strong foundation in business process engineering and automation platforms.
- Familiarity with AI technologies including NLP, generative AI, ML, and computer vision.
- Experience collaborating across business, engineering, and product teams.
- Executive presence and ability to influence at all levels.
- Knowledge of AI ethics and governance frameworks is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field.

The Atlanta Area base salary range for this full-time position is $231,000 - 286,800, which can vary if outside this location, plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
