We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation Developer with deep expertise in UiPath to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will lead automation initiatives, design and implement robust RPA solutions, address production support issues all while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable automation solutions using UiPath.
• Lead end-to-end RPA project lifecycle including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define project scope.
• Ensure best practices in RPA development, including coding standards, documentation, and testing.
• Engage with BSAs (Business Systems Analysts) to ensure business applications are developed in a way that complies with business requirements
• Proactively identify performance bottlenecks in technical areas, propose and carry out program optimization and tuning. Ensure the security and integrity of the platform.
• Monitor and maintain existing automation solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Mentor and guide junior automation developers, providing technical leadership, code reviews, and support for skill development.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill team members on UiPath and automation best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest UiPath features and industry trends to continuously improve automation strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in automation development, with at least 5 years in UiPath.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and lifecycle.
• Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components.
• Experience with VB.NET, C#, or Python is a plus.
• Familiarity with process analysis, business workflows, and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to articulate and document technical concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging and technical support skills and the ability to quickly identify the root cause of application issues.
• Excellent understanding of SaaS development processes and methodologies.
• Knowledge of SSO and security protocols required for cloud solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to organize information and processes in a logical and efficient manner.
• Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Expected to ramp up to new technical skills and products and execute prototypes rapidly.

Preferred Skills:

• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
• Experience with AI/ML integration in RPA workflows.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
