We are excited to build and expand our team in Bangalore and are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Analyst to join us. This role focuses on creating custom solutions, automations, and integrations that enhance our employee experience and streamline our People & Places processes. The role will focus on configuration, optimization, and support of the ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) modules. This role will partner with People, Places, IT, and cross-functional teams to enhance the overall ServiceNow employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain HRSD & WSD modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, Indoor Mapping and Maintenance Management and Employee Service Center Pro.
- Collaborate with People, Places & IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions and implement enhancements in ServiceNow. This includes evaluating and implementing AI features.
- Support knowledge base governance and content accuracy across teams.
- Create and maintain documentation and user guides for HRSD & WSD processes.
- Assist with system upgrades including evaluating and testing of new features and enhancements in collaboration with IT.
- Monitor system performance and resolve user-reported issues in collaboration with IT.
- Analyze usage metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement and user adoption.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of systems-related projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in configuring and supporting ServiceNow, with some of that experience in HRSD or WSD.
- A passion for enhancing the digital employee experience.
- A good understanding of HR processes and ServiceNow architecture to support them.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
- Familiarity with integrations between ServiceNow and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.
- ServiceNow HRSD Fundamentals certification preferred.
- Exposure to Virtual Agents, or other AI features in ServiceNow preferred
