Sr Business Systems Analyst - SAP FICO

Position Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior SAP FICO Consultant to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP FICO processes  to ensure that business requirements are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring deep SAP configuration expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP FI/CO solutions aligned with business needs, compliance standards, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FI/CO with modules such as Supply Chain Management (SCM), Order-to-Cash, and Human Resources (HR).
• Demonstrate working knowledge of third-party platforms such as Vertex, Concur or Coupa.
• Perform system troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure SAP configurations adhere to internal controls, audit standards, and support statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5-7 years of SAP FI/CO experience (including full lifecycle implementations and support), with proven expertise in configuration, integration, and process design.
• Deep knowledge of following SAP Finance & Controlling modules : General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Taxation, Revenue Recognition, Financial Reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar for issue tracking and resolution.
• Certification in SAP FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
