Dolby is seeking an experienced Senior Middleware Engineer with expertise in Windows Server, IIS, Oracle WebLogic Server administration, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise middleware infrastructure, application deployment, and cross-functional collaboration in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities
•    Design, implement, and maintain Oracle WebLogic Server 11g/12c domains and clusters
•    Manage application server infrastructure including Microsoft Windows, Apache Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server, and related middleware components
•    Lead datacenter migrations, system upgrades, and infrastructure modernization initiatives
•    Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, and deployment automation tools
•    Configure and optimize application performance, load balancing, and high availability solutions
•    Provide production support and incident resolution for critical business applications
•    Collaborate with development teams on application architecture and deployment strategies
•    Serve as technical lead for infrastructure projects and regulatory compliance initiatives
•    Administer and maintain Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket) in AWS and hybrid environments
•    Coordinate patching and maintenance across AWS, Azure, and on-premise environments
•    Mentor junior team members and document operational procedures

Required Qualifications
•    Strong expertise in Linux/Unix systems administration (RHEL, Solaris)
•    Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Shell scripting, WLST)
•    Understanding of AWS networking, security, and hybrid connectivity solutions
•    Experience with monitoring tools (OpsRamp, AppDynamics, Splunk, DynaTrace)
•    Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Ansible)
•    Database administration experience (Oracle 11g/12c, SQL Server)
•    Experience with load balancers (F5 BigIP) and web servers (Apache, IIS)
•    Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
•    Agile/Scrum methodology experience

Preferred Qualifications
•    Financial services or regulated industry experience
•    Oracle Fusion Middleware (SOA Suite, OSB, ADF) experience
•    Cloud platform experience (containerization, virtualization)
•    Certified Agile Practitioner or similar certifications
•    Experience with ITSM processes and change management
Education and Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
•    Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure certifications) can be a plus.
