  • Mentor engineers, consultants, and team members while engaging effectively with senior technical stakeholders and management.
  • Coordinate infrastructure inventory, ownership tracking, migration planning, and decommission activities for managed services and configuration items.
  • Set and maintain clear documentation, operational standards, governance, and lifecycle practices for owned infrastructure CIs and services.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with AWS Systems Manager for patching, configuration, automation, compliance visibility, and fleet operations.
  • Strong server administration experience across Windows and/or Linux production environments, including troubleshooting, patching, performance, and incident response.
  • Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure operations, including compute, networking, access, security, monitoring, and operational reliability.
  • Experience supporting virtualization platforms and hybrid infrastructure services, including lifecycle, performance, availability, and operational coordination.
  • Good-to-have working knowledge of on-premises backup and storage solutions, with strong learning agility, clear communication, independent ownership, and the ability to lead cross-functional work with little oversight.
