The role of the Workplace Services Coordinator is to assist with the coordination of programs and manage external service providers related to GWS Services in the Dolby SoCal locations. 


This fast-paced position requires an individual who can juggle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and deal with customers while maintaining a positive and even-keeled attitude.  The nature of this work requires someone with a high level of intelligence, common sense, communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.

  • Provide ongoing support for local IT, HR, Facilities Engineers, and Security
  • Track local day to day activities within offices
  • Contribute to the office experience
  • Track new hires, headcount, and seating locations
  • Reviewing and closing service requests
  • Tracking expenses for offices
  • Charting and tracking storage, and e-waste
  • Preparation for office moves and closures
  • Weekly walkthrough of the office sites
  • Maintain parking validations



  • Excellent communicator with the ability to work with different levels of both technical and administrative. 
  • Self-starter 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with a commitment with urgency and within established deadlines. 
  • Working knowledge of Outlook, and Box. 
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid written and oral communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Desire to work in the GWS Industry or Facilities. 
  • Experience with MS Office with preferred experience in Box, Serraview, Outlook, Concur Travel and Expense.



  • Current college junior, senior, or graduate-level student
  • Must be available to work full-time Monday – Friday for 6 months between May/June 2022 – December 2022.
  • Start dates for the internship are as follows: (*note* these dates are not flexible)
    • Monday, May 23, 2022
    • Monday, June 6, 2022
    • Monday, June 20, 2022
