Digital Experiences Manager, EMEA (Contract)
Date: Sep 3, 2026
Location: Dublin, IE
Company: Dolby Laboratories, Inc.
Join the leader in entertainment innovation and help us design the future. At Dolby, science meets art, and high tech means more than computer code. As a member of the Dolby team, you’ll see and hear the results of your work everywhere, from movie theaters to smartphones. We continue to revolutionize how people create, deliver, and enjoy entertainment worldwide. To do that, we need the absolute best talent. We’re big enough to give you all the resources you need, and small enough so you can make a real difference and earn recognition for your work. We offer a collegial culture, challenging projects, and excellent compensation and benefits, not to mention a Flex Work approach that is truly flexible to support where, when, and how you do your best work.
Dolby doesn't just create technologies. We shape how the world's most compelling stories are experienced in the cinema, at home, on the road, and everywhere in between.
The Digital Experiences Manager is responsible for making that same impact felt across EMEA's digital channels. You'll get inside the minds of regional audiences and craft digital experiences that feel tailored to them. That means spotting the stories worth telling, finding the angle that makes them land, and working with cross functional teams to bring them to life. You'll do it as part of a global team with shared standards, shared frameworks, and a shared ambition. The job is knowing how to work within that framework, and when to push beyond it for your market.
You'll be embedded in Dublin, one of Europe's most creatively connected cities, working across markets from the UK and Ireland, to France, Germany, Spain, and Netherlands. You'll need both the cultural radar to read those markets and the operational discipline to create consistency across them.
Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end publishing and management of localized digital experiences across web, email, and campaign touchpoints using Dolby's CMS and digital publishing tools.
- Ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, localization quality, and compliance with global publishing standards.
- Own the quality and integrity of EMEA digital experiences from planning through to live execution.

- Provide feedback on platform usability, workflow gaps, and regional needs to inform global digital operations and roadmap planning.
Qualifications
What you bring
- A genuine point of view on what good digital experience looks like, and the portfolio to back it up. We're not looking for someone who executes briefs. We're looking for someone who can improve them.
- An editorial instinct. You notice the stories other people miss, and you know how to frame them for a digital audience.
- 5 to 7 years in digital marketing, content strategy, or digital experience management, ideally with exposure to both regional and global marketing contexts.
- The instinct to read a market. EMEA is not a monolith. You understand the difference between adapting content and actually localizing it.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and digital publishing workflows. You can get in and do the work, not just direct it.
- Fluency in digital performance and the judgment to know which metrics actually matter for a given objective.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to represent a regional perspective in a global organization. You push back when the global brief doesn't translate. You do it constructively.
Helpful but not required
- Experience managing digital programs across multiple EMEA markets simultaneously.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as GA4 or Adobe Analytics.
- Understanding of integrated campaign activation across web, email, social, and CRM.
- Experience contributing to or implementing content governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with SEO/GEO optimization and AI-driven discovery environments.
What Success Looks Like
- EMEA digital experiences are strategically sound, locally relevant, and executed to a high standard.
- Regional digital plans are clearly connected to global strategy and audience frameworks.
- EMEA campaign activations are integrated, on-brand, and delivered on schedule across owned channels.
- Regional performance data is reliable, actionable, and shared proactively with stakeholders.
- EMEA regional marketing partners view this role as a trusted strategic and execution collaborator.
- Global digital standards are consistently applied and championed across the region.
