The Sales Operations Analyst will support the Entertainment and Automotive Sales team by managing operational processes, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency across sales workflows. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including account managers, engineering, legal, finance and compliance teams.
The Analyst is also expected to leverage AI‑powered tools, automation, and data intelligence to optimize sales processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Licensing Management
- Engage with European licensees (inquiries, customer onboarding, product registration etc.)
- Manage licensing agreements & royalty reporting processes.
- Attend in-person meetings and industry events (eg IAA)
Administration, Data Analysis & Reporting
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of data in Salesforce and Power BI systems.
- Build dashboards using AI‑assisted analytics to support sales insights, revenue tracking, and operational KPIs.
Process Optimization:
- Drive continuous improvement through experimentation with new AI capabilities in CRM, contract management, and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal English and fluent German language skills.
- Experience in sales operations or a similar analytical role, preferably with a focus on the automotive industry.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Salesforce and data management tools.
- Working knowledge of AI‑powered analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI Copilot, or equivalent).
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
- Based in Munich area, ability to travel throughout Europe.
