About the Role

 

Dolby is redefining the future of live streaming and seeks an experienced Senior Marketing Manager, Content and Messaging Strategy to design and champion narratives that shape our market presence.

 

This leader will operate at the intersection of business strategy, brand storytelling, and innovation, translating Dolby OptiView’s technology into compelling narratives that influence industry direction, inspire partners, and accelerate growth.

 

You will set the strategic vision for how Dolby OptiView communicates across live sports, sports betting, and iGaming, owning the message from market positioning to executive-level communications.

 

You’ll collaborate with executive leadership, product, sales, creative, and our Head of Growth Marketing to build differentiated stories and drive their execution across all channels. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on content creation, setting the standard for quality and innovation.

 

You will also lead the adoption of AI-driven content strategies to scale impact, ensuring quality and brand consistency at every touchpoint. Your deep industry knowledge and understanding of the Dolby ecosystem, including Dolby OptiView and related solutions, will inform both strategy and execution. This role is ideal for someone who excels at execution, leadership, and mentoring, while remaining willing to contribute directly when needed.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Set and evolve the strategic vision for product positioning and messaging in partnership with leadership and the product management team for Dolby OptiView.
  • Translate complex product and market insights into clear, differentiated value propositions that empower sales, marketing, and executive stakeholders to tell a unified, compelling story.
  • Lead the development and execution of cross-channel storytelling, including executive communications, keynote presentations, thought leadership, and high-impact campaigns.
  • Partner closely with the Head of Growth Marketing to support and accelerate multi-channel campaigns, adapting content rapidly for different audiences and platforms.
  • Champion the integration of AI tools and workflows to drive innovation, scalability, and operational excellence in content strategy and production.
  • Architect and drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy for strategic accounts, collaborating with sales and growth marketing to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new product capabilities, shaping the narrative for launches, market education, and awareness initiatives.
    Guide creative teams to transform complex concepts into engaging visual and narrative storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Develop and implement messaging frameworks, narratives, and proof points that enable sales teams and executive spokespeople to accelerate deals and influence market perception.
  • Establish and monitor content performance metrics, leveraging data and market feedback to continuously refine storytelling effectiveness and strategic impact.


What You’ll Bring

 

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, brand storytelling, or content strategy, with a track record of leadership in media, entertainment technology, or streaming.
  • Deep industry knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of Dolby OptiView’s solutions, market landscape, and customer needs; familiarity with streaming workflows, live video delivery, and the broader media ecosystem.
  • Proven expertise in developing and scaling content strategies across multiple formats and channels, including executive communications and industry thought leadership.
  • Advanced experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies to transform content operations and drive business results.
  • Strong understanding of ABM principles and the ability to architect messaging and content strategies across complex buyer journeys.
  • Solid understanding of the sales funnel and SaaS business model, with the ability to align content and messaging to each stage of the customer journey and drive business growth.

The New York Area base salary range for this full-time position is $170,000 - $234,000, which can vary if outside this location, plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
