As a Senior People (HR) Representative, you will advise employees and managers on a wide range of day-to-day HR inquiries. You will play a key role in driving an excellent employee experience by implementing programs and improving and supporting policies, processes, and systems.


What you’ll do:

  • Project and Program Management
    • Map employee journeys and collect feedback to continuously improve the employee experience.
    • Facilitate the smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees.
    • Design and test new HR systems and processes.
    • Create processes and programs to support our Covid-19 response.
    • Manage projects of varying scope in support of People Business Partners and Centers of Excellence.
  • Operations
    • Advise employees on day-to-day HR inquiries related to pay, benefits, learning, policies, employee data, and HR systems; escalate as appropriate to HR Centers of Excellence and business partners.
    • Write policies and knowledge base content that proactively address employees’ common questions and support a positive work environment.
    • Document employment actions and agreements; maintain personnel files.
    • Train and coach other HR Operations staff across the globe.
  • People Business Partner and Centers of Excellence Support
    • Partner directly with leaders and People (HR) business partners on planning and implementing employee separations, transfers, assignments, reorganizations, RIFs, M&A, and other complex employment actions.
    • Analyze employment data to help inform decisions for People (HR) and our businesses.
  • Employee Relations
    • Perform intakes on employee relations matters.

  • Ability to identify potential risks and analyze problems.
  • Comfortable communicating with employees at all levels, including verbally and in writing.
  • Strong working knowledge of EMEA labor laws and employment policies.
  • Working knowledge of HR best practices (at least five years of HR experience, preferably working with a multinational company).
  • Experience with cloud-based HR systems, supporting self-service workflows (SuccessFactors ideal).
  • Proficient with digital collaboration tools, including HR case management software (ServiceNow ideal).
  • Technical expertise in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
