We have a Junior position as part of the Europe Geo Marketing Group, which defines and implements the marketing strategy for the region. In this newly created role, the successful candidate will be supporting the French team locally as well as occasionally supporting pan-European initiatives. The placement is based in Dolby Paris offices, but due to Covid19 health regulations, the ability to work from home is also required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on digital.
  • Involvement in local social channels management.
  • Involvement in local website pages management.
  • Creation of B2C & B2B marketing assets, collaterals.
  • Support events, webinars, festivals & tradeshows.
  • Support PR activations and e-influencers activation.
  • Collaboration with Dolby’s internal stakeholders (ex: Sales, Engineering, US HQ, other European offices…).
  • Managing relationships with agencies, clients, and 3rd party partners.
  • Creation of performance / ROI reports. 
  • Ensure Dolby brand preeminence & consistency in the market.
  • Competition & trends watch.
  • Involvement in CRM tool management.
  • Promo items creation.
  • Logistics.



Basic Skills:

  • French mother tongue and fluent in English. 
  • A completed Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience in marketing (client or agency side).
  • A genuine interest in technology, content distribution, and marketing, consumer behavior.
  • Experience implementing social media or digital campaigns, or managing social channels.
  • A good understanding of the marketing mix (on and offline).
  • Excellent writing skills with a good editorial style and a keen eye for detail. 
  • The ability to work in autonomy, remotely if required, and show proactiveness.
  • The ability to organise own workloads and prioritise as required. 
  • MS Office.


Preferred additional skills

  • Project management skills and experience running projects with cross-functional departments.
  • Experience working with industry tools and analytics packages including email, web analytics, CMS, CRM.
  • Experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns leveraging above-the-line and below-the-line activations.
  • A genuine interest in social media & associated trends.
  • Additional language besides French / English is a plus. 
  • Design skills (InDesign, Photoshop or Final Cut Pro). 


Whilst being an integral part of the team, the successful candidate will also need to be able to work with minimal supervision. 

Although the role is mainly a France-based role, it will encompass some pan-European campaigns. The role may require some international travel.
