As part of Dolby Marketing, the Design team leads the development of all brand, visual, UX, and experiential design experiences. We’re seeking a Creative Operations Intern to provide support to the Design team across a variety of brand and creative projects. As a Creative Operations Intern you will report to the Sr Manager of Creative Production and Operations, and work alongside a multi-disciplinary creative team of creative directors, designers, and writers. You’ll get hands-on experience with all facets of creative production and project management, and gain an insightful perspective on working on an in-house creative team. 

  • Assist the Sr. Manager of Creative Production and Operations across large and small scope brand and creative projects from kick-off to delivery
  • Assist in execution of brand and product marketing campaigns and programs
  • Build project timelines, develop asset trackers, and steward creative deliverables through the creative lifecycle; Ensure the work is delivered to scope and plan
  • Support creative review meetings, including coordination of stakeholders, set-up, ensuring materials are prepared and providing time management to keep projects on schedule 
  • Manage project vendors; Draft vendor agreements, and liase with Dolby’s legal, accounting, and procurement departments when necessary
  • Support creative team operations: staff resourcing, organize internal documents, facilitate team wide hangouts and meetings 



  • Highly organized, deadline driven, and detail oriented
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Familiar with creative processes and workflows in a design, brand, or agency context
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud, Airtable, Smartsheets, Miro, Slack, Teams



  • Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Due to COVID-19, recent grads who are within 1 year of graduation are also eligible to apply
  • Must be available to work remotely and full-time Monday – Friday for 3 months between January 2021 – April 2021
