We’re looking for a creative and dynamic student looking to take their marketing skills and weave that into a forward-thinking employer brand program here at Dolby. This role will work directly with the Recruiting Operations team while also collaborating with our University Relations team, recruiters, Internal Communications, and Marketing team. You will support us in creating and driving how future candidates learn about and are inspired by the work we do at Dolby.


  • Work with team members to craft content and language to be used in job descriptions, campaign outreach, and various social and advertising channels which will appeal to our target audience
  • Explore, expand and maximize Dolby’s presence on social media platforms and various other channels to increase employer brand awareness; this includes sites like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, The Muse, Indeed, Instagram and others
  • Assist in creating process guides for how we approach and scale employer brand, and coming up with key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate efficacy
  • Create employee video testimonials to help enhance how we share our global company culture
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on posts that drive traffic to posts in regard to career fairs and targeting job campaigns and on incorporating recruiting and people related content to existing platforms such as Instagram and Twitter
  • Enhance our career site to aid in the candidate experience and broaden candidate’s understanding of Dolby
  • Collaborate with the recruiters in documentation of process and workflows and messaging for campaigns



  • Stellar writing and social media skills with a knowledge of employer sites specifically a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams
  • Extremely organized with a high attention to detail
  • A solid interest in learning about employer brand, company culture, and making a difference in how we attract top talent at Dolby
  • Experience with working in Microsoft Suite and Canva


  • Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications or a related field; recent grads who are within 1 year of graduation are also eligible to apply
  • Must be available to work full-time Monday – Friday for 3 months between May/June 2021 – August/September 2021. Start dates for the internship are as follows: (*note* these dates are not flexible)
    • Monday, May 24, 2021
    • Monday, June 14, 2021
    • Monday, June 21, 2021
  • COVID UPDATE: This internship will be remote until further notice. Should conditions change, and we can safely allow employees to return to our campuses, there is a possibility of returning to onsite work.
