SUMMARY
We are seeking a Product Growth Intern to join the Consumer Projects Group, to help bring the next generation of spectacular audio experiences to Dolby’s first consumer mobile app, Dolby On. The Growth intern will be involved with planning, executing, and measuring the performance of marketing campaigns and UX/UI tests. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging our user base to promote the long-term growth. You will develop and drive content to reach our target markets to drive product demand via multiple channels including social and email. You will analyze web traffic and other metrics, and report on performance to management teams. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creation and management of growth and retention plan for music recording app
  • Qualitative product research and user sentiment analysis
  • Manage creative asset timelines
  • Weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting and analysis
  • Execution of customer engagement plans in alignment with strategic objectives
  • User research including interviews
  • Developing and deploying customer surveys
  • Writing copy
  • Setting and measuring metrics
  • A musician or a background in music is a plus
  • A background in design thinking is plus

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferred applicant has experience in a marketing role and proficient with analytic tools
  • The ideal candidate will be innovative, team oriented, an effective communicator, have a desire to participate in change, and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities

 

ELIGIBILITY

  • Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Due to COVID-19, recent grads who are within 1 year of graduation are also eligible to apply
  • Must be available to work remotely and full-time Monday – Friday for 6 months between January 2021 - June 2021
