Dolby is looking for an experienced Agile coach/Scrum Master to serve, coach and inspire product teams within our group. You'll champion Agile and lean principles within our wider product delivery organization, while leading and working with multiple Agile teams. This is a great opportunity to help grow and scale development teams while fostering a mission-driven and continuous improvement culture.


Responsibilities: What you will do:


  • Proactively own the process for their teams, while supporting the team on being self-organized
  • Facilitate the process with the goal of getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work
  • Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
  • Build a safe and trustful environment so that problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on problem-solving and psychological safety
  • Connect with other Scrum Masters to build community and provide guidance to the team and the larger product organization on Agile/Scrum best practices


Requirements: What we would like you to have:


  • BS/BA or equivalent experience
  • You have at least 2-4 years’ experience as an Agile Coach for multiple teams
  • You have first or second level Scrum Master (CSM, ACSM, PSM I/II), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Enterprise coach (CEC) or Team Coach (CTC), Agile Coach (ICAgile), Agile Facilitator (ICAgile) certification
  • Have excellent communication and facilitation skills




  • You have a track record in championing adoption of Agile, in particular Scrum and Kanban
  • You have knowledge and/or experience with successful Agile techniques, eg: User Stories, TDD, Story Mapping, Example Mapping, Continuous Delivery, Retrospective techniques, Continuous Improvement, etc
  • You have experience providing guidance and facilitating improvements within teams, enabling self-organization, experimentation, and learning
  • You have previous experience with distributed teams 
  • You are biased towards delivery, follow through, transparency, honesty, learning, and innovation


Nice to Have:


  • You have experience with software and embedded development
  • You have experience with people management
  • You have knowledge of Audio and Multimedia concepts
  • You are comfortable engaging people in healthy discord
  • You are comfortable challenging the status quo
  • You have experience using Jira and GitHub
