The Senior Manager, Creative Production and Operations is responsible for managing and executing brand marketing programs, and leading operations for the creative team.


The person in this role is a strategic and entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record of leading successful creative and marketing initiatives - either within advertising agencies or at brand-side internal studios. This role works closely with creative, marketing, and functional leads to scope projects and drive great creative. The person in this role must be comfortable with ambiguity and change, have the ability to flex between the big picture and minutia of a project. This role is responsible for managing the brand consistency across initiatives and have a keen creative sensibility.

Key Responsibilities


  • Own and support the day-to-day of brand and design team operations and resourcing. This includes creative strategy, visual design, UX and product design, motion design, and copywriting.
  • Be the gatekeeper for all creative requests and optimize top of funnel intake and briefing process. Represent the creative team and act as the key point of contact with marketing leads by synthesizing business goals and priorities into actionable initiatives for creative resources.
  • Partner with design and content team leads to develop and implement creative workflows and tools to cultivate team collaboration, consistency of work output, and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with internal marketing partners by demonstrating a deep understanding of the integrated marketing landscape and a commitment to driving results.
  • Manage overall development and execution of brand projects and campaigns in conjunction with marketing leads, creatives, media strategy, communications, and other cross-functional partners to deliver on business objectives; Actively guide the development of the programs elements to ensure successful execution of deliverables
  • Implement creative review processes with key stakeholders and marketing leadership team
  • Lead and own partner agency onboarding and scoping; Oversee and steward agency deliverables to completion; Act as point of contact for agency through Dolby procurement, legal, and finance processes



  • Minimum 10+ years relevant work experience required
  • Deep understanding of all facets of brand marketing and creative workflows
  • Prior experience working in an agency or similar fast-paced environment is a must
  • Experience stewarding the development of emotionally resonant creative work in partnership with internal creatives, cross-functional teams, and outside partners 
  • Possesses an ability to move fluidly between the macro and micro of a project
  • Have exceptional communication skills - you are proactive, organized, clear, and action-oriented
  • Comfortable with an independent and team-based work structure
