The Finance & IT function works to accelerate business growth through ensuring that the company’s operations run efficiently and effectively, ultimately enabling the achievement of company goals.

 

SUMMARY

The Accounting Intern will report to the Senior Accounting Manager and will work closely with the Corporate Accounting team in San Francisco. The person is expected to be able to work under limited supervision following standardized practices and or methods.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with month-end close, preparation of journal entries, preparation of BS reconciliations

Assist with fixed assets validation and tracking

Assist with internal and external audits

Adhoc projects as required

 

QUALIFICATIONS

A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality

Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

 

ELIGIBILITY

Working towards a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; recent grads who are within 1 year of graduation are also eligible to apply

 

 

The San Francisco/Bay Area base salary range for this full-time position is  $29-34 per hour, which can vary if outside this location, plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
