In this role, with Via Licensing, you will maintain and help in the creation of functional specifications requirements; developing workflows that clearly identify the transactional processes in place. You will also create test plans, detail test scripts, performs System Integration testing; and resolves 'go-live' issues. This position works under supervision of IT – Via BSA’s and Senior Business System manager. 



  • Gathers project specifics by interviewing subject matter experts and/or reviewing and analyzing written materials to determine impacts of requirements on workflows and applications 
  • Document business requirements and processes under team guidance
  • Prepares charts, diagrams, and technical specifications as needed by the developers and Internal Auditors
  • Develops acceptance test plans and test cases; executes acceptance tests; analyzes and interprets test results to determine if the desired business result was achieved
  • Solicits post-implementation feedback from end-users to validate that business needs were met
  • Determines whether additional modifications are needed. 
  • Writes detailed documentation of changes/additions, document system features, and processes
  • Provides post-implementation support to direct users regarding applications
  • Develops and improves training materials. Provides training for business systems
  • Performs duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or any member of the IT-Via management team, subject to approval by the direct manager and/or Vice President
  • Performs tasks necessary to complete performance objectives
  • Assists team members as needed



  • Solid ability to meet project requirements and deadlines and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and to quickly learn the business in unfamiliar areas
  • Solid desktop and web application troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency using standard business software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus (especially Salesforce) as is familiarity with SQL and development of queries and database reports. 
  • Working knowledge of Tosca regression tool and Jira work management
  • Advanced interpersonal skills; professional and customer-services oriented demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member to complete assignments of diverse scopes and meet changing priorities
  • Fast learner capable to handle multiple assignments



  • Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems or a related field; recent grads who are within 6 months of graduation are also eligible to apply 
  • Must be available to work full-time Monday – Friday for 6 months between September 2021 – March 2022. The start date for this position is Monday, September 20, 2021. Please note the start date is not flexible.
