The Chargeback Operations Analyst is responsible for reviewing costs for hosted and SaaS services such as AWS, Google, iPass, Miro and Slack, and charging the costs back to the appropriate BG. The Analyst will work very closely with other team members on the Vendor Management and the Infrastructure teams to develop and validate the chargeback model. The Chargeback Operations Analyst will also work closely with FP&A and Accounts Payable to ensure compliance.



To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to satisfactory standards.

  • Allocate costs for hosting, support and SaaS fees on a monthly basis in an upload file to meet AP requirements.
  • Accrue for AWS hosting fees for all Dolby BG’s company wide.
  • Navigate, explore, and extract data from AWS portals and research discrepancies.
  • Communicate with internal teams to validate chargebacks.
  • Responsible for processing telecom invoices and audit process.
  • Create requisitions for annual maintenance support renewals for IT and Tech Ops.
  • Work closely with Accounts Payable and incoming Accounts Receivable requests pertaining to chargebacks.



  • Must have a minimum of two years’ experience in Procurement or Finance, working towards a Bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • Must possess excellent Microsoft Excel skills. The ideal candidate for this position will have the ability to multi-task and have analytical and strong problem-solving skills to resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Experience working with Coupa desirable; but not required.

  • Required to work from Dolby’s HQ facility, two days per week
