The Cloud Media Solutions organization builds technologies and innovations that easily integrate into service providers’ infrastructure to make content experiences more effective, meaningful, and engaging for consumers.



We are seeking a talented intern to help us deliver the next generation of media technology. In this role you’ll help design, build and deploy cloud-native solutions and infrastructure for intelligent A/V content processing and delivery systems. You’ll work with an outstanding team to deliver next-generation scalable, reliable and secure systems based on microservice architecture, cloud media processing pipelines, databases, CDNs and security.   • Design, build and deploy next-generation scalable applications and services for cloud media processing and delivery 
  • Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to develop cloud native services and solutions 
  • Own and drive features and services from concept and requirements to deployment 
  • Proactively communicate your ideas, proposals, questions and solutions 
  • Support your team and build trusting relationships with work partners across the organization 
  • Embrace challenge and ambiguity, and adapt to agile and fast paced environments 
  • Seek opportunities to innovate, experiment and prototype on new ideas 
  • Pursue knowledge, growth and excellence in software, cloud, media and streaming technology 



  • Strong knowledge and experience in several of the following 
  • High level programming languages (ex. Python, Go) 
  • Working knowledge of a cloud platform (ex. AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Microservices, containerization, orchestration and scaling (ex. Docker, Kubernetes) 
  • Querying languages such as SQL, Spark, Pandas 
  • Understanding of RESTful web services
  • Familiarity with and/or strong interest in learning 
  • Media streaming technology 
  • Audio and/or video fundamentals and encoding methods 
  • Data analytics using platforms like Sisense 
  • B.S Working toward bachelor’s or graduate degree in CS, Software Engineering or other major with comparable experience providing necessary qualifications 



Working towards a Bachelor’s or a graduate degree in computer science or a related field; recent grads who are within 6 months of graduation are also eligible to apply. Must be available to work full-time Monday – Friday for 3 months starting from May/June 2023.   

Start date for the internship is as follows: (*note* this date is not flexible)

The San Francisco/Bay Area base hourly range for this internship position is $45-50/hr and can vary if outside of this location. Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific hourly range and perks and benefits for your location during the hiring process.
