SUMMARY

The Compliance Analyst Intern, a member of the data team in Dolby’s Intellectual Property Protection (“IPP”) group, will be responsible for processing compliance-related data, performing analysis to conduct risk assessments, and ad hoc analyses on special projects.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compile data from various sources into risk assessment packages for licensing compliance audits
  • Utilize Excel spreadsheets to conduct analysis and document compliance issues
  • Review data for completeness and accuracy, perform quality checks, and follow up with stakeholders on issues
  • Collaborate closely with the worldwide IPP team and other business teams on additional analyses, project management, and operational support tasks as requested

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, vlookups, and complex formulas
  • Detail-oriented and independent thinker with strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects with limited supervision
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
  • Experience working with other tools such as Salesforce or Business Intelligence applications is a plus

 

ELIGIBILITY

Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Analysis, or a related field; recent grads who are within 6 months of graduation are also eligible to apply

Must be available to work full-time Monday – Friday for 3 months between January 2022 – April 2022. Start date for the internship is Monday, Jaunaury 24, 2022. Please note this start date is not flexible.
