This position will concentrate on the operational needs of various corporate card programs, travel management online tools, data analytics, and expense reporting.  The individual will interface with Dolby employees providing procedural guidance and technical assistance. This role will be the first point of contact with employees for card and travel matters and will have a clear escalation path to the Director for exception handling.  Responsibilities will also include; monitoring & maintaining the card program, contributing to the maintenance of the corporate card procedures, assisting in the development & documentation of program metrics, creating training documents for card and travel.  

 

Responsibilities:

Specific areas of focus will include: 

  • Card Administration duties and reporting for the North America with possibility of expansion into other geos
  • First point of contact for Travelers for policy guidance, preferred supplier programs, online booking tools
  • Guidance and assistance for expense report creation and adherence to Dolby Travel and Expense policy
  • Assist with travel supplier sourcing and implementations

Card Administration and Travel Analytics

  • Subject matter expert and first level card administration assisting end users with requests, questions, and problem resolution.  You will also be responsible for weekly and monthly reporting requirements, monitoring policy compliance, and delivering quarterly spend analysis.  

Meetings and Events

  • Opportunity to become a subject matter expert of our small meetings tool, support and evangelize our end to end process from source to pay.

 

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar experience
  • 1 -3 years of travel, card, or equivalent customer facing experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills; proven ability to effectively communicate to senior level personnel both written or verbally
  • Team oriented and interpersonal skills (ability to collaborate cross functionally)
  • Ability to work independently with frequent interruptions and changes in priorities.
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service
  • Knowledge of Concur Travel OBT, Concur Expense, SAP T&E, SAP BI, PowerBI, and Service Now is highly desirable
