We are looking for a leader to continue innovating our global People Operations function and enable the success of our People Function overall. This position will own, strengthen, and iterate the strategy and implementation of key talent and employee processes, programs, and policies that optimize the employee lifecycle. This is a critical role in achieving and delivering spectacular employee experience and execution excellence from end to end that enables the company to attract, engage, and retain our employees. 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Provide leadership in expanding people services and operations in US, EMEA, and APAC
  • Continue driving and creating great employee experiences across key employee lifecycle
  • Continuous connections to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Continue building out knowledge base and sharing in achieving manager/employee self service
  • Designing future service delivery model (global design/delivery alignment) such as in the view of the technology and experiment with how it might be able to bring to a different service experience
  • Project leadership on larger cross-functional initiatives and instill the project management discipline into the DNA of the Ops team. 
  • Use of metrics for insights for continuous improvements
  • Leader in risk management and HR policies/practices
  • Team development and career pathing

Requirements

 

  • 10-15 years of global HR/People operations experience.
  • Experience in building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across different functions
  • Expert in HR practices/processes and broad knowledge of the various functional areas within a People organization
  • Comfortable in both strategy and execution
  • Strong with process improvement and project management
  • Experienced in people management with passion for people development and growth
