What will I be accountable for?

  • You will be a trusted and strategic finance partner to General Managers, Operations Leaders of your business areas and finance team on business and financial decisions
  • Translating strategy and business goals into operational and financial plans, leading the end-to-end planning process, which includes modeling, interlocking between the business and corporate planning, investments prioritization and resource analysis
  • Developing metrics and dashboards to monitor and forecast the health of the business group will be key for this role
  • Building predictability and confidence in the operating expense forecasting process is important here. Driving financial forecasting process, reporting and work closely with corporate teams for timely submissions
  • Partner with Finance Controllership group in financial close process. Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting process that enables business decision making
  • Identify, design, lead and monitor projects intended to create efficiencies and effectiveness, standardize business practices, drive process improvements, design effective controls, and deliver high impact analysis for decision making

 

What skills, experience, and qualifications do I need?

  • Demonstrable experience in partnering with business, roles in public accounting and/or corporate finance
  • Being successful in this role requires a large degree of analytical thought leadership, passion for commercial success, excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to synthesize complex data and develop new ways of approaching business challenges independently and proactively
  • Ability to manage, align and balance the demands and expectations of the business and corporate requires close collaborations with various stakeholder
  • You will hold a degree in accounting or finance and be value focused. You can translate financial acumen into business insight, quickly, on-demand and will have significant financial management depth, including capital management and revenue models

The San Francisco/Bay Area base salary range for this full-time position is $145,300-177,500 which will vary if outside this location, plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range and perks and benefits for your location during the hiring process.
