Coordinate efforts to facilitate and contribute to the continual refinement of existing and new operational processes in the Finance sector. The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate, manage, and deliver operational Finance projects to completion and according to schedules.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Partner with key team members to ensure overall objectives are understood and supported
  • Facilitate the work of multiple functional groups, to ensure project deliverables are completed in accordance with the approved work plan
  • Ensure project status is consistently communicated to key stakeholders
  • Escalate challeges and blockers to management in a timely manner
  • Support and adhere to Dolby’s Program Management Organization’s methodologies and global best practices

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1-2 years of experience managing or coordinating projects
  • Knowledge of Project Management Institute (PMI) global best practices
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Experience presenting and collaborating with senior team members and management staff
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, with ability to work both collaboratively and independently, to achieve goals established in a team environment
  • Knowledge of project tracking and collaboration tools such as, MS Office, SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, and Smartsheets
