THE PRODUCTION

In this role, you will support activities for Dolby’s People Recruiting teams. As a Recruiting Coordinator you will be an important part of the overall candidate experience for folks currently in our interview pipeline and that have interest in working at Dolby. You’ll be at the forefront of creating spectacular candidate experiences. This is a great role for someone looking for a career in the recruiting world!

 

HOW YOU’LL PRODUCE

You will have a key role in our recruiting process, which includes a high volume of interview scheduling, relocation coordination, preparing offer letters, acting as a support system for the existing RC team and other operational activities. You will provide daily support to multiple coordinators, recruiters and business units as an invaluable resource in the scheduling of phone, virtual and in-person interviews, Dolby HQ tours, and successful completion of interviews with our hiring teams. From interns to top level management, you will be one of the first points of contact into Dolby for our candidates. You will also be involved in sourcing projects helping to identify strong and diverse talent for a variety of roles. And, we’ll look to you for ways we can improve our processes and make the candidate experience even better! 

 

YOUR STORYBOARD:

  • Passionate about helping to create a diverse, inclusive and belonging environment.
  • Demonstrated experience dealing with high levels of confidential information.
  • Ability to participate in conversations and interact with all levels of management up to the CEO.
  • Strong attention to detail is very important to this role.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and embrace new tools to help identify and source diverse talent.
  • Coordination and scheduling experience, specifically with MS Outlook.
  • Administrative support experience is preferable, such as performing administrative tasks with strong computer PC skills; Windows environment.
