In this role, the Director will serve as the overall program lead—working closely with executive sponsors, business and IT process owners, and external implementation partners. Success requires a thoughtful balance of strategic vision, SAP expertise, and hands‑on experience steering large, complex, and geographically distributed teams.
This position reports to the Sr. Director of Enterprise Applications within the CIO organization and is based in San Francisco, California.

- Hold partners accountable for delivering against contractual commitments, quality standards, and Dolby expectations.
- Align internal teams and external partners across design, build, test, and deployment phases.

- Partner with change management, training, and communications teams to ensure strong user adoption and business readiness.
- Guide the transition from project delivery to steady‑state operations and support.
