This exciting Sales Development Representative role is a highly visible part of Dolby’s business. This role will give you great experience as you start out your sales career working in a fast-paced environment building something from scratch within the larger Dolby umbrella. You are excited about the opportunity to prospect into some of the largest companies in the world. You won’t be another cog in the wheel at Dolby, but here to help us build the foundation of our lead generation motions to help this team be successful!   • Work closely with your Account Executive to target, research, and prospect into large Enterprise accounts
  • Fully understand, articulate, and sell all products and services
  • Develop quality messaging and outreach tactics to reach developers and decision makers to convey’s value proposition
  • Convert qualified leads into new sales opportunities for the AE team.
  • Use to maintain and report on SDR activity and metrics
  • Collaborate with internal team members to provide an outstanding customer experience for all prospects
  • Participate in regular company and office meetings to share progress, identify blockers, and drive resolution


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 1+ years of sales experience or experience in a professional environment
  • Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, and coachable
  • Proven track record of achieving goals in a work environment
  • Highly organized professional with a strong work ethic
  • Desire for continuous learning, improvement, and overall career growth
