At Dolby, we transform how people experience entertainment and communication. As a Senior Global Security Analyst, you will help safeguard the people, places, and ideas that power our innovations. You’ll oversee physical security operations at our San Francisco headquarters, collaborate with global partners, and strengthen the systems that support safety across Dolby locations worldwide.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in San Francisco and includes occasional global travel and participation in an on-call rotation.
What You’ll Do
Site & Vendor Operations
- Lead day-to-day physical security operations for Dolby’s San Francisco headquarters and offices within the Americas creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment.
- Manage performance of Dolby’s U.S.-based security vendor, including staffing, scheduling, training, and compliance with post orders.
- Oversee contract management, vendor reviews, and renewal processes to support operational quality and cost efficiency.
- Serve as the primary onsite escalation point for incidents, partnering with the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) on monitoring, reporting, and documentation.
- Support security planning for onsite events, executive visits, and other high-profile activities.
Global Coordination & Incident Management
- Partner with the GSOC to maintain consistent global response protocols, communication standards, and incident escalation practices.
- Ensure GSOC processes deliver timely emergency notifications to employees and travelers during regional or global events.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical incidents or emerging risks across global sites.
Security Operations & Programs
- Develop, standardize, and maintain global security procedures, post orders, and incident management workflows.
- Support compliance with company security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify operational trends and make recommendations to enhance overall risk mitigation and efficiency.
- Administer and maintain access control and visitor management systems for the headquarters, aligning with global partners on best practices.
- Collaborate with EHS and Workplace Operations on emergency preparedness, drills, and safety programs.
- Work with Workplace Technology and lab teams to maintain, upgrade, and audit physical security infrastructure.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years in corporate security operations, vendor management, incident response, or GSOC coordination, preferably within a global environment.
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational abilities; collaborative, solutions-focused approach; capacity to manage multiple priorities across teams and time zones.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in physical security operations, access control systems, incident management, and global emergency communication practices.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in corporate security, operations, or a related field.
- Additional Requirements: Ability to travel internationally and participate in an on-call rotation.

The San Francisco/Bay Area base salary range for this full-time position is $100,600-$134,600, which can vary if outside this location, plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
