Dolby is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our game creation ecosystem across console, PC and mobile. Dolby unlocks the power of sight and sound in the pursuit of awe-inspiring experiences, and in gaming we are just getting started. Come and help lead the evolution of audio and imaging technology in games and open up new creative possibilities for the game development community that they simply never knew were possible.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of products used by creative professionals for the creation and manipulation of games in Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision. In this role, you will drive product, business, and ecosystem strategy; you will be the voice of the customer, turning feature requests and business requirements - combined with your natural intuition for making great products - into spectacular solutions for the game creation community.
You are innately curious with a passion for games and game creation, and more importantly bringing new experiences to the world. You are experienced in the craft and business of games from the perspectives of content creator, publisher, or tool developer. You have a deep empathy for how games are made, the artistry that goes into them, and the workflows that make them possible.
You have the technical ability to go deep with research and engineering when required but understand that your real value is your strategic thinking, and your business and product acumen. You understand how our creation solutions fit into the broader Gaming business to ensure we bring the right solutions to market.
You are a leader, taking your colleagues and customers on the journey with you; inspiring them through your adept knowledge and passion for the work we do. You can interact with stakeholders across multiple disciplines and geographies. You will have regular engagement with external customers and partners, representing Dolby to the industry. You use data to inform decisions but understand that the data alone never tells the whole story, and your deep empathy for our customers will provide your strongest signals. You can work both collaboratively, and with a high degree of autonomy.
