Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, this newly created role will manage Dolbys G&A and non-engineering  US recruitment team.  You will partner closely with leadership to create and implement global strategic initiatives to support the US Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, IT and People organizations. This role will be based in the US, preferably close to our San Francisco HQ but we will consider remote (US only) candidates.

 

You will:

 

  • Mentor and scale a small team of Recruiters and Recruiting Managers
  • Partner with senior leadership and executives to create comprehensive recruiting strategies aligning recruiting plans with prioritization of the business
  • Recruit top talent on a variety of different roles.
  • Be a consultative advisor to the business, leading strategic discussions to build teams holistically.  Partner with mission-critical stakeholders within the various functions
  • Work closely with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
  • Be passionate about finding, attracting, and hiring diverse talent 
  • Leverage data to evaluate and optimize current hiring processes for operational efficiency

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

  • Eight plus years of full cycle recruiting experience; preferably for an innovative and scaling organization with a strong track record of attracting and recruiting talent.  
  • Three plus years of leadership experience in the talent function.
  • Ability to lead a recruiting team through consistent mentorship  
  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross functional stakeholders to accomplish a common goal
  • Utilize data and metrics to storytell.
  • Find innovative ways to seek out difficult to find talent. 
  • A positive upbeat and team oriented approach to your work, defining your success through the contributions of others
