  • Manage and oversee testing activities of multiple projects including test strategy, planning, coverage, test execution and reporting.
  • Understand and effectively negotiate test strategy with cross-geo teams addressing quality gaps and avoiding duplicated effort.
  • Work with development managers to address testability gaps.
  • Review proposed technologies, testability and test strategies of multiple projects.
  • Anticipate and mitigate test and project issues.
  • Manage team performance, goals monitoring.
  • Coach and develop high performing engineers.
  • Stay on top of current industry software testing tools and methodologies and make substantial contributions to the development and deployment of new test technologies, tools or methods.




  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science/Engineering or Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in software testing, including creating and implementing comprehensive test plans.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing QA team
  • Professional experience with test automation, scripting and programming in Python, Pytest, C/C++, Linux, and BASH.
  • Experience working with cross geo teams.
  • Experience with hiring, onboarding and mentoring new members
  • Excellent knowledge of and experience with current software testing industry tools and standard methodologies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, time management and organizational skills.




  • Experience in Agile/Scrum software development.
  • Experience testing Dolby or similar products in the audio domain is a significant plus.
  • Experience using software test automation frameworks such as pytest.
