  • Proactively engage with business partners to drive all aspects of licensing revenue forecasting and reporting
  • Expertise collecting, analyzing and summarizing quantitative data and creating meaningful reports to drive business discussions around enhancing profitability
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiencies in the org
  • Ability to proactively identify and propose solutions to complex and ambiguous problems with minimal direction from manager
  • Independently manage all monthly/quarterly financial close, forecast, and reporting models related to the business segments you own
  • Continuously looking for innovative ways to improve the use and ease of analytics for interpretation by your business partners
  • Establish strong lines of communication within the finance team and with business partners to raise issues and provide insight for decision making


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Economics with an emphasis in finance or accounting
  • 5+ years relevant work experience and or graduate work
  • Knowledge of GAAP principles, basic accounting skills, Excel, PowerPoint. SAP, BI, EPM experience would be helpful.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret financial data with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills; identifying trends, interpreting data and translating into actionable information
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing and often ambiguous environment;
  • Demonstrated effective communication and presentation skills working with multiple peer groups and levels of management; team player
  • Strong desire to solve problems and enthusiastic about learning
  • Strong attention to detail
