The Marketing department creates passion and relevance for the "Dolby Difference" driving sell-in and sell-thru of Dolby enabled devices, services, content, and experiences across multiple constituents – partners, creators, consumers, and developers.

 

SUMMARY

 

Dolby is seeking a detail-oriented operations professional to support global and regional creative productions. This full-time role reports to Dolby’s global marketing creative experiences department, managing high-profile, cross-functional design, experiential, and audio/video creative projects. We are looking for a proactive team member who can independently manage projects and contribute to unifying the marketing organization. RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Lead creative operations for Dolby America's regional team, supporting ongoing requests and strategic global programs and initiatives.
  • Support creative design, digital, and experiential teams in productions, ensuring outputs align operationally and strategically with broader marketing objectives.
  • Oversee marketing productions, including developing creative briefs, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with the creative team and stakeholders; manage project communications.
  • Ensure strategic connections between project deliverables, marketing goals, and creative innovation.
  • Support the creative team in resource allocation, both internally and externally, and in refining processes.
  • Manage end-to-end creative and design programs, identifying opportunities for strategic alignment and process improvements to enhance outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a network of external resources across creative and content disciplines.
  • Develop and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs) and Production Agreements for external productions based on project requirements.
  • Manage talent releases, licensing requests, clearances, term sheets, and expirations for Dolby productions; maintain the asset library in Airtable and Dolby’s asset center.
  • Collaborate with team leadership to establish meeting cadences and support overall operations.
  • Handle vendor setup and open purchase orders for external vendor payments using Dolby’s Accounts Payable tools.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • 5-7+ years of experience in creative production, focusing on design, experiential, or video production for in-house projects.
  • Provide insight and perspective into the work, offering guidance on creative workflow and evaluating alignment with goals.
  • Ability to negotiate with agencies and vendors effectively.
  • Expertise in budgeting and maximizing the ROI of creative projects.
  • Skilled project manager and producer with a strong understanding of creative processes.
  • Interest in brand storytelling through various media platforms to engage consumers, professionals, and industry partners.
  • Background in design, experiential, video productions, and creative operations.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred; experience with Airtable is a plus.

 

The San Francisco/Bay Area base salary range for this full-time position is $109,000 to $145,000, which can vary if outside this location, plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
