Based in Shenzhen, the Auto Marketing Manager reports into the Senior Partner Marketing Manager and support business teams within Dolby global networks. This position will work closely with Dolby’s automobile commercial partners, global entertainment leaders and pioneering innovators to promote the cutting-edge and next generation Dolby in-car experience & technology to millions of consumers.
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative marketer to join Dolby. The ideal candidate will have a passion for entertainment, a strong ability to research and identify market trends, and the skills to develop and execute effective marketing strategies across various entertainment categories with strong influence skills to stake holders. The ability to design and deliver result-driven marketing programs with innovate visions.
Essential Job Functions (Responsibility: What you will do):
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with external clients, entertainment partners, and internal stakeholders to align on common goals, strategies, and action plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive successful co-marketing campaigns.
- Campaign Development:
- Leverage brand assets to create compelling marketing campaign proposals..
- Pitch marketing proposals to external clients and internal stakeholders to secure their interest and investment.
- Resource Management:
- Build and maintain a network of ecosystem resources, including vendors, content creators, influencers, artists and rights holders, to support marketing initiatives.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Project Execution:
- Lead the execution of marketing programs, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments as needed to achieve marketing goals.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Work with the regional team to conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, needs & challenges
- Analyze market data to develop insights/recommendations for strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in auto and entertainment categories.
- Recap and Analysis:
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Prepare detailed reports and insights to inform future marketing strategies.
Education, Skills, Abilities, and Experience Required (Requirement: What we would like you to have):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree or overseas education is a plus).
- Excellent English skills in speaking and writing is a must
- 6-8 years of experience in marketing
- Creative thinker with a passion for entertainment.
- Automobile industry experience is a plus
- Advertising or creative agency experience is a plus
- Proven track record of successful campaign development and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data. And excellent communication and presentation skills.
