The Field Marketing Specialist shall be responsible for the support on the implementation and execution of partner marketing programs to create the brand awareness and to deliver Dolby’s key messaging consistently across all regions. The primary goal of this position is to support the effective implementation of programs to achieve brand stickiness regionally.  

Main Duties

  1. Conceptualize and execute strategic partner marketing initiatives with partners in the Device, OTT, Pay-TV Operator and Cinema businesses for Dolby SEA, ANZ
  2. Maintain excellent working relationships with all Dolby’s partners in the region
  3. Grow social media engagement rates
  4. Manage and outline objectives and priorities to Social Media agency to provide successful social media and marketing outreach
  5. Manage and generate traffic to Dolby SEA e-commerce platforms
  6. Maximize Dolby’s brand awareness in SEA region
  7. Facilitate all logistical arrangement for marketing workshops, events and activities in SEA
  8. Compile and develop Case Studies and Power Point decks for note-worthy marketing activities and events
  9. Manage all outgoing promotional materials including articles and other marketing collateral to ensure appropriate messaging, adhering to Dolby’s brand guidelines.
  10. Maintain close and regular communication with Sales organization.

  • Drive the execution of the partner marketing programs (60%)
  • Grow and drive social media engagement rates (20%)
  • Manage and generate traffic to Dolby SEA e-commerce platforms (20%)
