SUMMARY

We are looking for a talented person with strong background and experience in web and mobile application development to work in a small and dynamic team at Dolby. You will drive the development of multimedia streaming platforms for research and demonstration purposes.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in several coding languages, should demonstrate outstanding capabilities in problem solving and should be eager to learn new technologies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Client-server architecture of scalable web applications

- Development of Web API's providing services to web applications, Android and iOS clients

- Development of interfaces for multimedia playback and the collection of devices metrics and user input

- Development of advanced multimedia streaming platforms in a cloud environment

 

Required Qualifications:

- BS in Computer Science or equivalent 

- Proficiency in designing web application architecture for Cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)

- Proficiency in web development (Javascript, ReactJS)

- Previous experienve with CI/CD: Docker or Kubernetes

- Proficiency in Python (Flask, Django, Numpy, Pandas)

 

Desirable:

- Experience with subjective testing

- Experience with relational databases (SQL)

- Experience with OAuth 2.0
