What You'll Drive

As our Senior Product Manager for Dolby Vision Home Devices, you'll be the strategic force behind innovative products that captivate audiences and accelerate business growth:

  • Define and evolve the product roadmap for Dolby Vision across TVs, Set-Top-Boxes, Digital-Media-Adapters, and projectors
  • Translate vision into detailed product requirements that align with market needs and customer expectations
  • Partner closely with Engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality product releases
  • Champion product success with full ownership and accountability for outcomes
  • Drive commercial wins by personally supporting key sales engagements
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Dolby’s ecosystem of content creation, distribution and consumption

What You Bring

Your expertise will be instrumental in this role. We're seeking someone with:

  • Proven success as a product manager in bringing products from concept to market launch
  • Deep industry knowledge in video and home devices (Dolby Vision or HDR experience is a valuable plus)
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complexity into clear and compelling insights

The San Francisco/Bay Area base salary range for this full-time position is $184,800 - $253,900, which can vary if outside this location, plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range and perks and benefits for your location during the hiring process.
