For this role we are welcoming graduate or early career Software Engineers/Test Engineers, who enjoys working with complex systems. You will have the opportunity to test signal processing algorithms that will enable billions of users around the world to experience Dolby technologies. The products you create will be used by many of Dolby’s key partners such as LG, Amazon and Lenovo to enable the Dolby experience in their product lines. Applicants require a background in software development/testing and system testing, a passion for technology and collaborating in a supportive team environment.


About you: 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent;
  • Proficiency using Python;
  • Exposure to audio and digital signal processing;
  • Someone who loves working with complex systems;
  • Collaboration and communication skills ;
  • Passion for problem solving and analytical thinking;
  • Exposure to testing software on range of software and hardware platforms such as MacOSX, Unix/Linux and Windows;



Nice to have:

  • Experience working as software or software test engineer or equivalent;
  • A passion for audio, digital signal processing and technology
  • Ability to design, set up, configure and maintain complex testing environments;
  • Ability to utilize, design and develop test automation;
  • Ability to design and develop test strategies and test methods to address next generation capabilities in Dolby products;



What will you learn?
