Overview
As a Sales Coordinator / Junior Sales Representative / Junior Sales Associate in Tokyo, Japan, you will be a full-time employee reporting to the Senior Sales Manager of CP Japan. Your role encompasses various responsibilities including alignment with internal stakeholders including sales, Sales Operations, Engineering and marketing teams locally and in headquarters, to coordinate tasks and projects related for the focused business, especially automotive.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage DCX/Vision demo schedule at 9 Car OEMs and 10 T1s in Japan, including the assignment of 3 demo cars, PoC, and Car FAE(s) at various customer sites.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, prepare presentation documents, and arrange industry-specific events.
- Proactively promote sales, particularly in the automotive and consumer electronics (CE) sectors.
- Assist with coordinating high-profile marketing events led by the Japan Marketing Team.
- Create customized "Customer Newsletter" and weekly CP reports to update and engage key internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate Dolby experiences to visitors at the office, customer sites, and event locations.
- Attend to internal and external visitors to the office.
- Assisting Senior Account Managers with sales presentations, proposals, and reports for major accounts, including Toyota, Honda, and Sony.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities within a CRM system.
- Perform any other tasks as instructed by the Senior Sales Manager and/or the Senior Director of Licensing Sales, Japan.
