Come to join us in this exciting opportunity to be part of a Global People Services team in Wroclaw. This small and agile team is responsible for a wide range of HR systems, administration, analysis, and employee support to Dolby’s global workforce (predominantly US and EMEA).

 

Essential Job Functions:

• Administer and oversee HR transactional processes such as requisition and position management,

new hire, termination, job change, payroll, benefits, and timekeeping.

• Maintain HR data and administer HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Replicon and

LMS).

• Support employee and manager inquiries utilizing ServiceNow.

• Prepare ad hoc and scheduled reports and conduct periodic audits to maintain HR data integrity.

• Prepare standard and non-standard employment documents (prepare letters, contracts, confirmation

letters, filing, etc.).

• Prepare and audit reports for processing payroll.

• Document, update and continuously improve HR business processes.

• Participate in launching new HR programs/processes, including process development and testing.

• Cooperate with other HR functions on day-to-day activities.

• Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications and personal skills:

• Bachelor's degree or related HR/administrative experience.

• Ideally 2 years of HR administration or related experience, preferably working with a multinational

company.

• HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and/or related enterprise software experience (SuccessFactors

preferred).

• Fluent English and Polish (both written and verbal) is required.

• Knowledge of any other language such as German, Spanish, French, Russian is a nice to have.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working on own initiative with limited supervision.

• MS Excel skills including the ability to interpret data.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload on a daily basis.
