As part of the People Systems team, your mission as a People Systems Analyst will be to continually push the edge of what we can deliver with HR technology. We are a looking for someone who will be a thought partner on our systems landscape while not being reluctant to roll up the sleeves and get into the details. The right person will be adept at evaluating and implementing new system functionality, co-developing apps, and troubleshooting system issues.

 

What you will do:

  • Responsible for design and implementation of new system functionality based on business requirements.
  • Co-develop new apps to support People team initiatives using a low-code app development platform.
  • Develop and maintain complex People team reports using data from multiple data sources.
  • Create and update system documentation for new and existing functionality to be used by end-users, system administrators and IT support.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and manage their resolution in coordination with IT or other stakeholders.
  • Participate in People system projects in varying capacity including design, testing and change or project management.

 

What you will need:

  • 1+ years’ experience supporting global HR systems. Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English and Polish (both written and verbal) are required.
  • You are a problem solver and seek out new solutions.
  • You can think critically, can analyze, and interpret data and data structures.
  • You are a good communicator.
  • You are detail oriented and can maintain confidential information.
  • You have experience with developing reports and using various reporting tools. Strong capability in Excel.
  • You have some experience developing apps using low code development platforms or a strong interest to learn.
  • You can manage multiple responsibilities while effectively managing time, prioritizing assignments, and working within deadlines.
  • You have some experience with technology for one or more of the following HR functional areas: recruiting, compensation, learning, talent management, analytics, case management.
  • Some experience with QuickBase a plus but not required.
  • Some experience with Java or Python a plus but not required.
