Senior Recruiting Manager, EMEA (Wroclaw). 

 

Partners with management in the identification, recruitment, and qualification of talent to join Dolby’s growing EMEA team. 

 

 As the Wroclaw-based EMEA Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the recruiting strategy for all hires in our Wroclaw hub as well as across EMEA in partnership with the other EMEA recruiting leaders. You will also be responsible for managing a recruiting team based in Wroclaw. You and your team will be responsible for ensuring all open positions are filled with high-caliber talent to meet current and future needs. You will manage the full recruiting life cycle for all Dolby jobs. May serve as a technical specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult to attract positions. 

You are also responsible for the University Relations team who manages the EMEA Intern Program. 

 

 This is a self-starter role reporting to the Director of Recruitment in San Francisco and working closely with the local leadership in EMEA. Demonstrated record of measurable success in a fast-paced, specialized environment. Experience with targeting and recruiting engineering and corporate professionals. Ability to target candidates and cold call recruit individuals at all levels. Experience in a variety of sourcing methodologies and able to develop strategic recruiting programs. Ability to travel. Have 10 plus years recruiting or equivalent HR experience in a high technology or agency environment. BA/BS degree. Have some management experience and the ability to work with a diverse client base. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for all recruiting activity in Wroclaw, and France, and partnering with other EMEA recruiting.  
  • Responsible for a robust Intern Program in Wroclaw, and the promotion of the ECHO program. 
  • Direct sourcing, screening, and interviewing of all candidates for roles in Poland and France.
  • Create and present offers in consultation with hiring managers, compensation team, and HR Business Partners.
  • Manage and negotiate relationships with Recruiting Agencies and Vendors. 
  • Partner with senior leadership, hiring managers, HRBP to identify and build out recruiting needs and strategies in the region. 
  • Travel in EMEA to meet with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, and have a keen sense of negotiation with all “customers” including candidates, hiring managers, and business partners.
  • Effective communication approaches include: proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness.
  • Create reports as needed on talent pipeline, time to fill, candidate and client satisfaction. 

 

Requirements:

 

· At least 10 years' recruitment and HR experience in both an agency and in-house environment.  

· Experience building and managing a diverse recruiting team. 

· Experience of competency-based interviewing and recruitment practices preferred.

· Experience in Recruitment for the IT industry domain is an absolute advantage.

· Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, a good Team Player.

· Ability to interact with people from a variety of different cultures.

· Innovative approach to problem-solving; results-driven.

· Positive attitude to learn and adapt to changes, strong influencing skill with an internal client.

· Enthusiastic as a self-starter can work under high pressure.

· Independent performer, able to deliver results with minimum supervision.

· Fluency in English, Polish is a must, other language proficiency is preferred.
