You will be part of a team responsible for creating solutions to protect Dolby’s IP and applying them in Dolby products. Acting as a software security expert you will be responsible for creating IP protection solutions from concept, through implementation to integration into products.
Essential Job Functions:
• Be mentor and advisor on state-of-the-art SW protection mechanisms
• Create, review, and contribute to IP protection concepts for various Dolby products
• Implement, verify, and evaluate low-level protection mechanism in Dolby products
• Research and create proof-of-concepts of innovative protection mechanisms
Required Education & Skills:
• 6+ years of professional experience related to software/platform security or similar field
• proficiency in C++, C and Python programming
• proficiency in modern software engineering best practices and methodologies
• professional experience in using cryptographic implementations (e.g. crypto++, mbedTLS, or openSSL, etc.)
• good understanding of executable formats and operating systems internals
• familiarity with disassemblers/decompilers, debuggers, emulators, virtual machines
• strong analytical and problem solving skills
• good command of English (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
• Experience with Trusted Execution Environments (TEE) and Trusted Applications development (TA)
• Good understanding of applied cryptography
• Familiarity with SW exploitation and mitigation techniques
• Familiarity with git, cmake, CI/CD
